New home New Hope and New Life
Little chestnut new hope is the biggest step in life since being born into this world. Finding a new home would means reach a new milestone. Chestnut and Pigliver are so happy to found a new home for little chestnut.
However having this new home is not easy. It is just begining of a tough journey to able to see thru the finishing and maintaining it. So lets all work together towards our new goal. New point in life! Alot of excitments and challenges lies ahead....Stay tune~

~ 23 Oct 2008~ the start of little chestnut's home~
we are so excited bout our new purchase on 23 Oct 2008~ Park Central @ AMK.. though we hv to wait for 1 year plus for the actual blue print~ we are already shopping and doing our applicances research weekly or even daily~ ^^ there are lots of things to learn.. reading up specs, expecting prices/ budget, view showflats for interior design ideas~ it's only the beginning of a brand new path for both of us to walk through together. picking up stones, viewing sceneries, appreciating every moments~ chopping off thick bushes, and at the same time~ picking up strong trunks, nice green leaves for our new home in 2011. counting down each day for our dreams to come true! ^^
first of all, let me describe to you how we managed to got this unit~
we ballot for PC in end of July, and waited patiently for the balloting period to start. unfortunately, we got 0595 for our Q no.. as there are really limited 4rms (about 100+) at the slightly affordable price range for majority~ ppl grabbed these units as expected.. we are left with 0 units by the time it reached our turn.. although we are prepared.. we still felt disappointment. Meanwhile, we still try our luck for other HDB ballots~
23 Oct (Thurs) - Chestnut got a call from our agent and informed us that there were 4 units withdrawn~ we immediately rushed down to the venue! not sure whether are we too desperate or implusive... we made our biggest decision to purchase the unit rather fast. hee.. a mixture of uncertainty, worry, happiness, grateful, relieved, excited, responsibilty all at once.. a feeling tt i've never experienced before. i would say the sense of ownership and happiness are back the next day! Hee.. we're excited and felt that it's a real good unit with reasonable floor and good facing. of cos~ my chestnut still pinning hopes to get higher units. =__=''' i'm satisfied with this already~ very poor la.. hoho~
enuf of the lengthy first post of introduction~ here are some pics of the showflat that we took. ^^ i'm eager to c our new home! but first of all~ a big plan~ SAVE $$$ first.. Jia You!
